Eligibility for Return:

  • Products are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. 

  • A return request must be initiated within the given time frame via our website or mail (lucknaviadaa@gmail.com)

Conditions for Return:

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that are:

  • Damaged, worn, or used after delivery.

  • Returned without original tags, packaging, or bill/invoice. 

  • Please ensure the product is repacked safely to avoid any transit damage, as damaged returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

  • Mode: Store credit or original payment method.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is returned within 5 days of delivery and passes our quality inspection. 
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging. 
  • Refunds will not be issued for any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering. 
  • No refund will be processed for products that are returned in a damaged condition or fail to meet our return eligibility criteria. 

1. Refund Method 

  • All eligible refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). 
  • Refunds will not be provided in the form of store credit, cash, or wallet balance.  

2. Refund Timeline 

  • Once the returned product is received and approved by our quality team, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days. 
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.  

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios 

  • Products returned after the 5-day return window. 
  • Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or worn.  
  • Customized orders or items purchased during clearance/sale events marked as “Final Sale”. 

4. Order Cancellation 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. 
  • After dispatch, the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
